Please keep our policies in mind during your stay.
All guestrooms are NON SMOKING ROOMS and we ask that you respect all guests in the Inn, by complying with this policy.
Any guest rooms that have evidence of smoke/smoking will be charged $100.00 for additional clean-up of the room.
As a family we take pride in our service to our guests, please inform us if there should be anything else you need during your stay. Upon check-in please perform a "room check" to assure there are no missing or broken items.
RECYCLING is a very big part of our community therefore please read the recycling page here at the Inn.
After your day at the beach please rinse off all beach chairs, toys, feet, children etc. when entering the Inn. Our cleaning crew thanks you.
By signing your reservation card upon check-in you agree to the following terms as per our reservation and cancellation policies:
Once a guest has checked-in and signed their reservation card, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED for 'earlier than expected' departure dates.
ALL beach passes must be returned when checking out.
Damage Waiver: "Must be signed" upon checking in.
We require a two night minimum stay, a three night minimum stay on holiday weekends in-season.
A deposit of FULL PAYMENT is due upon making a reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, & cash as final payment.
A credit card & valid drivers license is needed on file during your stay.
Each additional guest will be charged $35 per night per person based on the following:
1 bedroom unit sleeps two guests (2 person limit)
2 bedroom unit sleeps four guests (4 person limit)
Discounts will apply at a rate of 10% off for 5 or more nights. Children under 12 years old stay free.
Cancellation policy: no refunds given for any cancellations within 30 days of scheduled arrival date. You WILL be responsible for FULL payment within thirty (30) days of arrival. Refunds will be given for cancellations of 30 days or more, from scheduled arrival date, less a $75 service charge. Cancellation must be via CERTIFIED LETTER ONLY
If cancellation is within the thirty days of scheduled arrival date, patrons agree to pay the full rate of the entire stay.
